To Process an order is very simple, our purpose that you were notify about each step of status of your order.
To simplify process of the order, register yourself but it is also possible to be register after a choice of the goods. After registration, you'll receive an e-mail, confirming your registration. For this registration it will be required some informations about you, as for example: a surname, a name, a phone number, an e-mail address, etc...
After a choice and the order of the goods, just follow the different steps untill complete checkout.
You'll receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.

At anytime you want, you'll able to follow and check the status of your order, bu entering into your account.

To proceed your order delivery, minimal time for its processing is necessary for us. As a rule, minimal time makes one business day, and in sometimes 2 business days
All dispatches of the goods are made through post management.

cosmetic-deadsea is not responsible during delivery of the goods which is not during the moment of the order in a warehouse in Israel. In a similar case we shall advise you following variants:
- The cancelling of the order: All orders are finals after 24 hours.
- To replace the order for another: Impossible after 24 hours

Return and Exchange of the goods
Exchange of the goods or monetary compensation: you are allowed to refuse the goods you received only in case the delivered goods mismatches what you have ordered. In this case, the goods should be returned, completly closed and in the original packing with accompanying delivery documents.

IMPORTANT!
Following the law of consumer protection dated 1981, In the case the consumer decides to cancel the order being guided 10-th paragraph, the firm (cosmetic-deadsea) has a right to take from the buyer the sum at a rate of 5 % from cost of the ordered goods or US$25, the smaller sum from two, and it in addition to charges on delivery of the goods on a warehouse and its packing if such took place to be, at a rate of US$15.
