Conditions of Use

This document is the agreement between cosmetic-deadsea and the Buyer about conditions of purchase of the goods and services, through the Internet.
Please read through, and after your agreement, we'll have the pleasure to serve you and execute your order at theses specified conditions.

Introduction.
This Agreement represents the contract between the Company and the Buyer, and replaces any previous or other agreements, contracts and guarantees, and stipulates everything, as to the goods, services and the information given by means of the Site.
The buyer undertakes to familiarize with the Agreement and agrees with its all conditions before purchase of the goods or services on the Site.

Payment of the goods and services.
The buyer understands and guarantees:
- that the information submitted by it on its credit card is full, true and authentic.
- that it will pay the received goods and services, including delivery, taxes, etc...
- that the given payment will be executed by the credit card processor of the Buyer, with any chargeback.
The buyer guarantees privacy of the password and undertakes to notify the Company within 24 hours on any not authorized use of the password and other infringements of this Agreement. Protection of the Buyer against not authorized use of its password is not included into the competence of the Company.

The copyright.
The maintenance of the Site is protected by copyrights, including applied trade marks and other, (including, but, not being limited to intellectual property).
The organization, gathering, compilation, magnetic translation, digital transformation and other actions connected with use of materials and as copying, redistribution, use or the publication the Buyer of the full maintenance or any part of the Site, is forbidden.

Editing, removal and updating on the Site.
The company reserves the exclusive right on editing, removal or installation on the Site of any information, the goods and services.
The company can modify this Agreement, or the prices for the goods and services, with the notice on it the Buyer if it is stipulated in the Agreement on granting Services.
The company can close or modify any or all sections of the Site at sole discretion and without the prior notification. Updating of this Agreement will be considered valid after its publication on the Site, and to concern to the transactions concluded after date of the publication.

The right of refusal.
The company reserves the right to stop sale of the goods and granting of services, and also to adjust access to purchase of any goods or services.

Restriction of transfer of the rights to other person.
The right of the Buyer to use Service, is its personal right and is not a subject to transfer to other person or the organization and is adjusted by limits and conditions established by cosmetic-deadsea or the Company of a credit card of the Buyer.

Use of the Information.
The buyer authorizes the Company to use all given information strictly to destination, according to laws in force.

Other.
This Agreement should be considered in that kind as it is published in our website, and should be applied and interpreted according to laws of Israel.
Any actions of the Buyer, concerning its claims, can be made not later than 3 (three) months from the date of purchase carried out on the Site.
The maintenance of this Agreement should be stated and understood in such a manner that its sense is equally equivalent for both parties. If any of parts of this Agreement will be recognized wrong or impracticable, this part should be brought into accord with the law so that to reflect initial intentions and interests of both parties. Other parts should remain in full force and action. In case of if something connected with the Site or the Company, enters the conflict or the contradiction to this Agreement, this Agreement is priority.
